DUTIES OF THE ADVERTISER
You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to You, remove any advertisement which is posted that in our judgment is in breach of these rules.
Job advertisements must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.
All information contained in postings must be clear complete and accurate, not false or misleading in any way, containing sufficient detail. Postings which require the user to "email for more details" are not permitted.
Advertiser may not post multiple listings for the same job.
No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views. Jobs that infringe this rule will automatically go into 'pending' mode and will not go live on the site until repeated keywords are removed.
URLs are not permitted in the body copy of the job description page.
We cannot monitor every posting to the Web site, nor do we take responsibility for the content posted by our users. However, we do randomly monitor postings to ensure compliance with these House Rules.
Incisive Media does not tolerate unsolicited commercial email. Web site users involved in such activity will have their accounts suspended.
No endorsements by Incisive Media or warranty with respect to any user or third party, whether in regards to its Web site, products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise.

You agree that Incisive Media may modify the text and or categorization of any advertisement submitted in the interest of clarity or completeness.
Use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the Content is strictly forbidden.
USAGE BY CHILDREN UNDER 13. The Web site is directed to adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. Incisive Media cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Web site. Incisive Media must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase. Incisive Media complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and does not permit registration by and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. FEES AND PAY
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Incisive Media harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys fees, related to Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms of Use or use of the Web site.
The Advertiser further warrants that the advertisement does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is it in any other way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of any other party’s rights or an infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practice. Country of origin (other than the
AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION. The Advertiser must submit written notice of cancellation to Incisive Media any Advertisement(s) at least 5 Working Days prior to the publication of the Advertisement(s). Advertisers cancelling 5 working days or more will receive a refund of any unused, prepaid amounts above the 50% non-refundable deposit. Advertisers cancelling less than 5 working days prior to publication shall be responsible for 100% (one hundred percent) of the fee for the Advertising agreed to.
Requests to change the publication date or a request for transfer of such Advertisement(s) to a different Advertising Window will be honored in Incisive Media’s sole discretion. If granted, Deposits and pre
These provisions are for liquidated damages, not a penalty, and have been incorporated into these Terms and Conditions as a valid pre-estimate of damages. The date of cancellation shall be the date that Management receives Exhibitor’s notice.
Incisive Media reserves the right to charge in full for any additional services provided by Incisive Media Recruitment, notwithstanding cancellation or transfer of the Advertisement(s).
The Advertiser acknowledges that the cancellation of any Advertisement(s) which forms part of a series of Advertisements will affect any discount rate applicable for that series. Incisive Media reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the publishing of the remaining Advertisements in the series or for Advertisements which have already been published at the time of the cancellation.
All invoices of Incisive Media shall be paid by the client within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice. In the event of late payment, Incisive Media may charge interest on the amount outstanding before and after judgment at the rate of four (4) percent above the Base Rate of National Westminster Bank in force from time to time from the due date until the date of payment.
